Concerts in the Park Series

The Vicksburg Area Chamber of Commerce presents the Concerts in the Park Series to begin Friday, June 20, 2008. Free concerts to be held most Friday nights in downtown Vicksburg (Oswalt Park) from June 20th through September 26th.

Another successful Ice Festival!

The 3rd Annual Chamber Ice Festival Event had a great turnout and wonderful winter weather. Thanks again to all our sponsors and participants.

Chili Cook-Off winners were:

• Judges Choice: El Dorado Cafe
  
• Peoples Choice: Stubby's Smokehouse
  
• Best Display: Bucky's Cafe
  

The winner of the raffle, a 42" Plasma HDTV, was Lyndie Wall.

Dustin and Deanna Morton opened Morton Family Chiropractic in the office space formerly occupied by Jaworski Chiropractic Healthcare on Sprinkle Rd.

Chamber Members welcome Dr. Dustin Morton and staff to Vicksburg.

We congratulate our Citizens of the Year and Business of the Year Award winners! The Vicksburg Area Chamber of Commerce selected Tom & Pat Temple as our Citizens of the Year and Family Doctors of Vicksburg was selected as our Business of the Year.

Selections were made based on enormous support and commitment to the Vicksburg Community. Awards were presented at the Chamber's Annual Meeting on September 26, 2007.
